Who We Are
BEGIN Legal & Business Startup Solutions is a d/b/a of Seth D. Lubin, P.A., a law firm incorporated in the State of Florida. Seth has been a licensed attorney in the State of Florida for the past 18 years and continues to be a Member in Good Standing of the Florida Bar. Over the past 18 years, Seth has worked in the legal field representing companies and clients such as Victor Posner and working with companies such as Apple, Inc., Warner Bros., Viacom, Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association and Foghat.
Seth has experience in establishing over 50 substantially valued corporations in many states throughout the US, including advising those corporations on choice of entity and tax liability. He has also negotiated and completed acquisitions of companies taking them out of bankruptcy and helping manage their transition to success.
Seth's most recent position was as co-founder and General Counsel of XtremeMac, a manufacturer of iPod and iPhone accessories in Weston, FL. Seth helped transform the company from a garage-based start-up to a company with a $30 million revenue in just four years. During this time, he managed various aspects of the business including developing a licensing division by negotiating and securing licenses with major entertainment and sports companies, creating and negotiating manufacturing agreements, creating and managing the human resource department, and various other operations and marketing functions that helped the company's rapid growth.
After XtremeMac's recent sale to a public company, Seth decided to utilize the knowledge and experience that he has gained in the two decades of work by helping others realize their dreams.
